Delivery & Returns

Delivery: Deliveries in Australia are made with Australia post via Standard Post or Express Post. Express Post take on average 1-3 Business days. Standard Postage takes on average 3-10 Business days. International deliveries can be made with Australia Post or whichever courier is best suited to your Country of residence. 

Returns: If for any reason you are unhappy with you purchase, Black Beret is happy to offer you an exchange or credit note (valid for 3 months) if you garments meet the following criteria:
- Garment/s will need to be sent back to us within 10 days of delivery.
- Garments should be returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.

*Please note: We do not offer exchange or credit note on sale items that have been further reduced or used with a coupon or Discount code.

* For health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchange or credit notes on Jewelry, accessories and swimwear.


- Extra shipping and handling charges to return the item will remain the responsibility of the sender. 
If you would like to exchange your item, we charge $10 for shipping. You will only be charged should we have the available size/item for your exchange.

*Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.

We want our customers to be happy and love their products. However, please be aware of the following return policy:

ALL Sale item will be indicated on the Product page at the time of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on any of the sale items or items bought using coupons and discount codes. Also, sales of the following items are considered final. Please note this has changed recently and will accept no refunds on SALE ITEMS

To receive a Return Authorisation Number, email info@blackberet.com.au with your name, return address and reason for your return or exchange.

Returns will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid.

Important information: We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. Your returns postage costs are non-refundable. 

We do not accept AMEX.

Pre-order: Returnable Items Pre-orders are final and non-refundable or exchangeable. Deposits are forfeited if an order is cancelled. However, if you cancel an order you do not have to pay the remainder due.
