Do you provide International delivery?
​Yes, however contact us via email at as there will be a postage fee for international orders regardless of how much you spend, please contact us via email if you would like you would like to place an order and you are an international customer. 
How do I return an item?
To return send it to us via Australia post, please email us for the shipping address so you are able to ship the item back to us. 
What is your returns policy?
If the item is faulty then we will offer a full refund, store credit or replacement of that item, if the item is not in stock then we will offer you a full refund or store credit to the price of item you paid for at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or ordering of garments that do not fit you/wrong size, please refer to our size guide when ordering online to avoid ordering the wrong size. How do I track my order?
Once your item has been shipped, we will send you your tracking number, simply track the item via Australia Post on their website. We will provide you with the tracking number for your own personal reference. 
How can I contact your couriers?
We use Australia Post only, we will send you your tracking information when we have shipped your item.
What are your delivery options?
Australia Post is our choice of postage courier, we offer standard shipping which takes 7-10 business days and express postage, which takes 1-3 business days on average. Any International customers will have a different courier depending on your Country of residence and will have a varied shipping fee depending on where the package is being shipped.
