The dress is yours for up to 4 days and has an option of purchasing small accidental damage insurance (i.e. small damages such spray tan stains, red wine spills, repairable damages, however, non reparable damages will. be billed to the renter of that item at the full Recommended retail Price of the Item rented and the renter will be responsible for the item whilst it is being leased to them of up to 4 days, this is up to Black Beret to determine)
Place your dress in the prepaid return bag provided and drop it at your nearest Post Office or yellow Express Postal Box. We'll take care of the dry cleaning.

No, we are purely an online designer dress hire service and general online boutique for dresses and accessories for purchase.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we EXPRESS Post Australia-wide for Rental Dresses.
How do I know if the dress is a good length for me?
We try to cater for ladies of all heights, so each gown is a slightly different length. Before you order, please check the “Size Guide”. If you are worried about the length of your dress, simply contact Customer Service for assistance.
Can I book dresses in advance?
You can book your dress up to 6 months in advance. We recommend you reserve your dress 1 – 2 days before your event to avoid any last-minute panics and to make sure everything’s perfect. Once your requested delivery date has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email.
How do I return my dress?
Returning your dress is quick and easy. Simply place it in the prepaid return satchel provided and drop it at your nearest Post Office or yellow Express Postal Box.
What if my rental period ends on a Sunday or a public holiday?
Just drop your dress in the return satchel (provided when your receive your dress) in the nearest yellow Express Postal Box on your return date.
What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?
We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable, and as such we offer a non-refundable $100 accidental damage insurance when hiring any dresses to cover these types of accidents (payable when paying for your rental). Please contact us if you’ve accidentally stained or damaged the dress.
What if the designer dress doesn’t fit, or I simply don’t like it?
Please ensure you read the size guidelines and even seek advice from our online stylists if needed, we do not offer full refunds on change of mind or wrong sizes ordered (as covered in our terms and conditions of renting any item), we can offer a swap in size for they style and colour of dress ordered originally, however an additional small fee will be charged, please contact us immediately in case you need to change sizes, but please be aware we only charge an additional fee to cover the original dress being unavailable to other customers during the period you have the item and the fee will also the cost of shipping, the fee varies depending on the dress rented, please contact Customer Service.
How long will it take for my designer dress to be delivered?
The estimated standard delivery time is 1-2 business days - depending on your location & the time you placed your order. If your order is placed before 11am (Perth time), we will dispatch it on the same day, but if not, we will dispatch it the next working day.
If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, then the order will be processed during business hours on the next business day.
What if I’d like to get my designer dress today?
We offer same-day delivery dress hire in Perth Metro area (within 60km of Perth CBD) - from 10:00am to 2:00pm (Perth time) Monday through to Saturday only.
