Returns

We hope you love your new purchase! However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please follow the instructions below;

 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED 

  • All full priced items can be returned for an online credit (e-gift card) within 7 days of receiving your parcel. This is extended out to 14 days for remote country areas and 21 days for International parcels
  • We do not provide refunds 
  • Online credits can be used to purchase another size or item. We do not do straight exchanges
  • Credits are to the value of the item/s only and do not include postage 
  • No returns on items purchased on sale (50% off or more)
  • No returns on items purchased using a promotional code - these are FINAL SALE

Items purchased using AFTERPAY follow the same return conditions and you will be issued a credit note (in the form of an e-gift card) upon us receiving your items. Continue to pay your balance off in the normal payment schedule to Afterpay.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

In order to receive your credit you must meet the following conditions

  • The item must be received back within 7 days of you receiving your parcel. This is extended to 14 days for remote areas and 21 days for International parcels 
  • Must be a full priced item 
  • New and unworn
  • Original swing tags attached
  • No make up or fake tan marks
  • Not smell of perfume or deodorant
  • Include our returns form
  • The returns form can be downloaded from the bottom of this page

We inspect all return items and any returns that fail to comply with the above conditions will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.

 

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED 

  • Sale items that are 50% off
  • Swimwear
  • Earrings
  • Undergarments (bras, bodysuits) 

  

REFUNDS 

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Blackberet is not required to provide a refund if you simply make a wrong selection, need a different size or change of mind. This includes items purchased using Afterpay.

If there is a major fault with your item we will first attempt to replace or repair the item. If this is not possible then we will offer you a credit note or refund. The outcome of a refund is at Blackberet discretion. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items undergo a quality control check prior to shipment, however if you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us at info@blackberet.com.au within 2 days of receipt of your package so we can resolve this for you.

 

PROCESSING OF RETURNS 

We aim to process all returns within 2-4 business days of receiving your return. Upon completion an email will be sent to you with your online credit note/e-gift card for you to use.

During sale periods and public holidays we ask to allow for an extra 2-3 business days for the returns process.

We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us (we recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number).

Due to the fast turnover of our stock, we do not provide exchanges - we recommend using your online credit to purchase a new size or product.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer online credit on lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.

Please note; if you damage a garment (e.g. after wearing it a button falls off or the zip breaks because of wear) we cannot except garments back for online credit (e-gift card).
